Larry founded Ronin Group in 2015. Larry’s focus is providing leadership, organisation and discipline to the team.

With over 40 years’ experience in General Management, Accounting, Marketing, Sales and Sales Management and Information Technology, Larry knows this business inside out.

A hands-on leader, Larry is dedicated to people finding their niche and performing well.

Lisa has worked in the IT industry for the last 20+ years. She is one of the founders of Ronin Group and is a majority shareholder and Director of Sales for Ronin. Lisa has worked full time in the business since July 2015. Ronin is a Professional Services company providing specialist resources and services to the New Zealand market. Lisa has overall responsibility for new business development and the provision of resources and services for Ronin customers.

Prior to working full time in the establishment of Ronin Group Lisa was a Senior Sales Consultant for Integration Works. Prior to this Lisa was a Sales Consultant/Account Manager with Resultex Group. At Resultex she sold IT Professional and Architecture Services and through Resultex’s sister company Inov8, provided Microsoft Software Development services to customers.

Since working in the IT sector Lisa’s responsibilities have included new business development, ensuring existing customers are being looked after and the management of the professional services sales process for senior IT consultants.

Lisa spent several years living in Europe and the UK where she worked across Investment Banking, as a DTP/Graphic Design Operator within Graphic Design departments. During her career as an Operator Lisa was responsible for managing several staff as well as managing all workflow and designs coming in and out of departments.

Pat is a Senior Consultant to medium and large organisations helping the executive team to develop effective IS strategies and roadmaps that will fully support and enable their key business strategies.

Pat has more than 30 years experience in the computer industry spanning all aspects of business computing, consulting, senior management and new business development. Pat has undertaken a number of IQA and TQA assignments for clients in New Zealand and overseas.
